Anyone know of any small-cap AI stocks?

AI looks like a burgeoning field and a very promising trend…

what do people think?

It is extremely likely that early stage AI companies will not be listed on any indexes. Put it this way… would you rather be listed on a crappy index, or receive millions in funding from ventures who want to cash in on this trend!

The chances of finding small-cap ai companies are low…

You are more likely to fund small-cap companies in robotics, logistics, pharma-industries…

Personally, I have been very interested in the Polar Capital Robotics Fund. According to a news article on citywire, they invest in " robotics, automation, materials and industrial related companies"

If I said I wasn’t interested…

I would be lying.

As KK mentioned, you can’t invest in small-cap AI stocks - or at least its unlikely you will find small cap AI stocks because of the scale and financial power needed for AI…

You could invest in small caps which provide the infrastructure for AI. e.g.

Semi-conductor companies

Semi-conductor companies provide the chips needed for ai-driven hardware and robotics…

Crypress Semi-Conductor Corp could be worth a look…

• 14 PE ratio

• 2.56% dividend yield

• Increases in free cash flow

• $1.6 billion revenue

Semi-conductors come in many different sizes…

You would need to find chip which use ai technology…

I am not sure Cypress does
